The hotel offers a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee facilities. Our experience at the hotel was superb.

The room we had included a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was near to the Old Town, and convenience store. It was relatively near Rice Slurp, serving fast food.

Great Location and Comfy Accommodations

This place was a winner for our trip, and we'll definitely consider coming back here in the future. It's in a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from Yulong mountain, making our visit super convenient. The room was pretty spacious and had a really cozy bed. Loved the whirlpool too; it helped us sleep like babies! 😊

This hotel is a hidden gem in Lijiang! The location is perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the old town, but away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff here are amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped us with arranging trips to Yulong mountain and other sites in and around Lijiang. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with basic amenities and a nice surprise of a bath tub. And I must mention the breakfast, absolutely delicious!

All was well, no complaints whatsoever!

The street view was a great bonus and we loved the bathroom with a shower, spa bathtub, and comfy terry cloth robes.

The hotel boasts of a location that is just outside the old city gates, which is convenient and not too busy. Tourists can easily access the hotel via taxi, and not have to worry about navigating through the old town streets. there are lovely Chinese-style furnishings and decorative features in the rooms that lend a sense of charm to the property. Some of the rooms are spacious with cozy bedding and extra blankets for the cold weather.

The customer service at the hotel falls short. While some staff members are helpful, others can be negligent and inattentive to guest requests.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and willing to help out. They provided us with excellent advice, and we appreciated the complimentary tea in the lobby. The location of the hotel was great, providing us easy access to explore the city without having to navigate the inner city streets. The room itself was quite spacious and provided us with a great view of the surroundings.

One thing that we didn't like about our stay was that the hotel was quite pushy in trying to get us to follow their suggested itinerary. We had our own plans and didn't appreciate the insistence on following their route.
